Welcome to TrueGuard CPR. By accessing or using our website ("Site") and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Site or registering for our courses, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

TrueGuard CPR offers CPR and lifeguard training courses. All courses follow American Red Cross guidelines and must be completed according to their standards.

3. Registration and Payment

  • You must provide accurate personal information when registering for a course.

  • Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Basic Level Courses: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class for a full refund.

  • Lifeguarding Courses: Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled class for a full refund.

  • Instructor Level Courses: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled class for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made after the required time frame are non-refundable but may be rescheduled based on availability.

  • TrueGuard CPR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Participants must behave professionally and respectfully.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • TrueGuard CPR is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from training or the use of CPR/lifeguarding techniques.

  • Our training does not guarantee employment or certification without meeting all course requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including text, logos, and course materials, is owned by TrueGuard CPR or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any materials without written permission.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your information.

9. Changes to Terms

TrueGuard CPR reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
