Hi, I’m Jacob Jordan, the founder of TrueGuard CPR. I’m an American Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor Trainer, dedicated to equipping individuals and organizations across Northwest Louisiana with the skills and confidence to save lives.

I grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana, and I’m currently a student at Louisiana Tech University. My journey started as a lifeguard in 2019, where I quickly developed a passion for safety and emergency response. After gaining experience, I became an instructor and have since taught numerous lifeguarding and CPR courses. Wanting to further my career and make an even bigger impact, I became an Instructor Trainer and launched TrueGuard CPR to provide high-quality training throughout the region.

Through my experience as a lifeguard and instructor, I understand the importance of thorough, engaging training. My goal is to make every class both informative and empowering — so you leave not only certified but truly ready to act in an emergency.
